Aric Naber, LMT

Aric Naber, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist | Structural Integration Specialist | Bodywork Educator

Raised on a small organic farm in Iowa, Aric grew up with a deep connection to the land, wellness, and the rhythms of nature. After earning his Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Iowa, he moved to Oregon with his wife, Clare — whose early journey into massage therapy would later inspire his own.

Since arriving in Portland in 1999, Aric has immersed himself in health-focused living — first through years of managing produce departments in natural food stores, and later, by embracing the transformative power of therapeutic touch.

A graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, Aric brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience in bodywork, structural integration, and myofascial therapy. His approach is deeply methodical and intuitive, shaped by his understanding that how we move through life shapes how we feel in our bodies.

Whether you're an athlete, desk professional, or weekend warrior, Aric takes time to understand your patterns — your posture, your movement, and your habits — because he believes that gesture becomes habit, habit becomes structure, and structure becomes form. By working on the form, Aric helps clients reconnect with their bodies and reclaim ease, balance, and vitality.

His sessions often blend structural integration principles with deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports recovery techniques — all customized to meet your body’s specific needs.

During the summer, Aric brings his expertise to major cycling events including Cycle Oregon, Bike Rides Northwest, and the Oregon Gravel Grind, helping athletes recover and perform at their best. When not in the treatment room, he enjoys life with his wife and two sons, exploring forests with his energetic dog, and soaking in the rhythm of live music. In the fall, you might even find him foraging for wild mushrooms deep in Oregon’s woods.

Aric’s goal is simple, yet powerful: to help you feel better in your body — so you can live better in your life.

J.T. Stovall, LMT

Joseph “JT” Stovall, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist | Intuitive Bodyworker| Healing Arts Practitioner

For J.T., healing touch is a sacred exchange—a dynamic, holistic synergy between therapist and client. His work is rooted in the belief that the body holds profound wisdom, and his role is to hold safe, intentional space that allows each client to activate their own healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

J.T.’s style is both grounded and deeply intuitive, weaving together the ancient flow of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, the stretch and structure of Thai massage, and the calming rhythm of Swedish techniques. His sessions aim to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect clients with their own inner vitality.

His Signature Approach Combines:

  • Ashiatsu Massage – Deep, broad pressure using the feet for powerful myofascial release

  • Lomi Lomi – Rhythmic, flowing strokes that mimic ocean waves and invite emotional release

  • Deep Tissue – Targeted muscle work for chronic tension and structural imbalance

  • Hot Stone Therapy – Soothing heat that melts away physical and energetic blockages

  • Intuitive Touch & Energy Work – Subtle, energetic attunement to support full-spectrum healing

Every session with J.T. is more than just massage—it’s an experience of being seen, held, and honored. His work is guided by energetic awareness, calm presence, empowerment, and love, with a deep respect for the unique journey of each client.

"I don’t fix people. I simply hold space for their body to remember how to heal." — J.T.
