We are delighted that you are considering coming to Love Acupuncture & Wellness Group for acupuncture services! We strive to make scheduling as easy as possible for our new patients.

Acupuncture services are available Monday through Saturday at this location. Tuesdays through Fridays are the only available days to schedule with providers who are currently contracted with commercial insurance plans. Mondays and Saturdays are available for self-pay patients and patients who are using auto or worker’s compensation insurance.

Information for New Patients

As a new patient, we offer you the option of expediting your wait time by filling in your new patient intake forms in advance. When you schedule, you should receive an email with the intake paperwork for your scheduled service.

If you are not able to complete your new patient paperwork prior to your visit, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out your paperwork in the waiting room. 

We do ask that patients who want to bill insurance provide their insurance information 24 hours in advance to give our office ample time to double-check your insurance benefits and our providers’ network participation with your particular plan. Please see our Insurance Information page for more details on how to check on your own benefits.

Please be aware that most insurance companies will determine which services they will cover in large part due to your diagnosis. For instance, while pain management and relief is often covered, your particular plan may exclude certain types of pain or other conditions from coverage. Be sure to visit our Insurance Information page and to call your insurance to determine whether your visit will be covered.

If you want to schedule for more than one kind of service (for example, if you want to come in for acupuncture and a massage), we ask that you fill out an intake form for each relevant service.

What You Need to Schedule

When you call our office or schedule online, please be sure to have your insurance card handy. Our online intake forms, as well as our receptionists, will ask about any relevant insurance information. There will be options available to indicate a desire to be self-pay if you do not have acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, or massage therapy coverage.
