Insurance
We are in the process of getting accredited with all major insurance companies. Right now, we can see patients who pay out of pocket, through worker’s comp, or with auto insurance.
We expect to be able to accept Regence Blue Cross, Kaiser/CHP, First Choice Health Network and CareOregon in June/July 2025. Moda, Pacific Source in August/September 2025. Aetna, Health Net, American Specialty Health and Providence in October 2025. If you have out of network coverage please contact our office: 503-343-9851.
