Terri Martin, LMT

Terri began her massage career after graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts in the year 2000. She has worked in the Clackamas and Milwaukie area for 19 years. Terri specializes in medical massage and pain relief. Helping people heal from their injuries, establish good health, and achieve good physical condition are the goals for each session. Terri listens to her clients and customizes each session to fit their needs at that particular time. She is able to use a variety of techniques and stretches and incorporates hot stones into her work. 

Pregnancy massage is also a specialty of Terri's. She has worked with many women over the years helping relieve the aches and pains due to pregnancy. Our office has a Body Cushion system designed to make it easier and more comfortable for pregnant women.

Terri accepts clients seeking therapeutic wellness massage and medical massage. She accepts patients who have been in a motor vehicle accident and have a referral from a doctor to have massage therapy. For auto accident cases she is able to bill the Insurance Company directly. For patients using their health Insurance, she is a preferred provider with Providence, Regence Blue Cross /Blue Shield, Complimentary Health Plan (Kaiser), Aetna, and American Specialty Health Plan (HealthNet).

Terri is a native Oregonian and in her spare time likes to hike, travel, linedance, paddle board, and spend time with her family.

Jessica Owens, LMT

Jessica began on her path of wellness in 2009 when she attended East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, OR. She quickly fell in love with the practice of helping others and of embarking on her own personal journey of healing. Jessica’s passion is deeply rooted in an understanding that the greatest potential for healing lies in the holistic approach. She truly believes in the power of bodywork and that through the body mind connection we can all experience healing, increased vitality and quality of life. Jessica specializes in deep tissue massage, myofascial release techniques, relaxation massage and physical movement. She has experience with motor vehicle patients as well as patients who discovered the countless benefits of massage therapy as an elective part of everyday life.

In her personal time you’ll find Jessica practicing yoga, loving being a mom to son Alex and supporting his passion of basketball, enjoying the outdoors in the PNW and spending time with loved ones. In her 10+ years as an LMT she has been humbled to have found a path that not only she knows to be her life’s work, but one that gives back as much or more than she gives to others.

Holly Petersen, LMT

A native Portlander, Holly has been a licensed massage therapist since 2004. She completed her massage studies in Arizona and has been practicing in Oregon ever since. Over her 15 years as a massage therapist, Holly has practiced massage at spas, chiropractors, businesses, resorts, etc. Holly’s main goal is to get people out of pain. She has successfully treated clients for work injuries (including computer overuse injuries) and car accident recovery, specializing in whiplash, back pain, headaches and low back pain. She is also great at providing relaxation massage for times when you just need to decompress and let go.   Holly’s extensive experience and education coupled with her intuition and numerous massage tools (Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofacial, and stretching) help her treat each client. Holly likes to build a strong rapport with her clients so she can assess how the massage is working for them and how together they can come up with the best plan to heal their pain.


Valerie Tabalno, LMT

Valerie has been a massage therapy practitioner since 2007. She completed her massage school program in Hawaii and has lived in the PNW since 2010. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal itself and specializes in therapeutic massage with the intent to facilitate balance in the body. Using a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques and stretching, she creates a relaxed state in the body and mind while tending to each person’s individual needs. She has years of experience working with a variety of injuries including work related injuries, whiplash, sciatica, TMJ, headaches, etc. She also values educating the patient about their body and the importance of self care to progressively reach a point of living without pain. Valerie possesses an intuitive, mindful and thorough approach to help each individual feel his or her best.
