Guidance from Oregon Health Authority

At Love Acupuncture & Wellness Group, we are implementing the following to keep you safe:

  • Handwashing and hand-sanitizing routines will continue between every client/patient.

  • Our staff wear masks and we kindly ask that our patients wear one as well.

  • The treatment rooms, bathrooms, doors handles, common area surfaces, and shared spaces are regularly disinfected after each patient and throughout the day. This process will be ongoing.

  • Hand sanitizer is available in all treatment rooms and lobby. We have many effective disinfecting agents for the skin that we use on a daily basis already as well. We respectfully ask that you sanitize or wash your hands upon entering our facility.

  • We are limiting the number of people in our clinic at a time in accordance with OSHA’s reduced capacity for proper social distancing and to reduce the spread of Covid19. You must have an appointment to enter into the clinic. We ask that minors are accompanied by just one parent. Medical assistants or translators are welcome.

  • All Love Acupuncture & Wellness staff who become ill with any upper respiratory illness or fever will be required to stay home from work and appointments will be rescheduled either with other providers or at a later date. Individuals must be clear of fever and symptoms for 48 hours before returning to work.

  • Clients & patients who are ill with any upper respiratory symptoms including sore throat, runny nose, congestion, headache, fever or loss of smell/taste are respectfully requested to reschedule their appointments at the first signs of upper respiratory symptoms or fever. Individuals must be clear of fever, symptoms and negative test for 48 hours before rescheduling their appointments.

  • Clients are respectfully requested to wait in their car until the scheduled appointment time if they are medically able.

  • Please DO NOT come to Love Acupuncture & Wellness Group for the evaluation of suspected COVID-19 infection. Please instead contact your primary care provider or go to the ER if you are having trouble breathing.

  • Our Cancellation policy stands as usually enforced at 24 hrs prior to your appointment for any other circumstance, however in this case, if one develops a fever, cough or upper respiratory symptoms within that 24 hrs before their appointment we will waive the fee for rescheduling.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this unprecedented time in our lives.
